• Previous visited countries’ visa copy
• Current location proof with an Electricity bill or a Water bill copy
• GD copy if any lost passport (English Notarized)
• Original Affidavit (If any name changes from previous passport)
• TIN Certificate
• Visiting Card
• National ID Card
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Original Bank statement for the last six months( Must be more than 180 days). Minimum Balance Taka 80,000/-for Single Entry

For Businessman

• Trade License Notarized Copy with Translation in English 
• Personal Bank Statement, Solvency Certificate with Minimum Balance 80,000/- Taka Per Person (Last 6 Months)
• Visiting Card
• Letterhead Pad
• MERBERSHIP, MEMORANDUM, Incorporation, Exoport, Import Certificate, BIN (If Applicable)
• For Job Holder
• N.O.C or G.O. Letter
• Visiting Card/Office ID Card
• Personal/Salary Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate with Minimum Balance 80,000/- Taka Per Person (Last 6 Months)
• Salary Certificate

Additional Requirements

• Student ID Card for Student
• Birth Certificate for Infant
• Marriage Certificate for Newly Married Couple Whose Spouse’s Name is not Written in Passport
